Bar - Whiskey in Chocolate Caramel Filled Bar

We add 4 Roses whiskey to both components of this filled bar - the dark chocolate ganache which is blended with rich caramel.  Relax at the end of the day with this smooth, rich treat. Ingredients: dark chocolate (chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin (emulsifier), vanilla), sugar, heavy cream, butter (cream, salt), whiskey, less than 2% of cocoa butter, lemon juice, salt.
