The farm is managed by Jesus Alejandro Angel Perez. He grew up working the farmland with his grandparents, who gifted him a small plot when he turned 18. Los Nogales sits at 1525 meters above sea level, and is planted with Bourbon, Marsallesa, and Typica. Jesus processes his coffee on a small belt driven pulper at the farm.
