This evolving light roast blend highlights standout coffees from across the Americas, continually evolving to showcase unique flavors and stories. Right now, we’re featuring a blend of a natural Brazil Peaberry and a washed Guatemala. Peaberries, a natural mutation where only one small, dense bean develops inside the coffee cherry instead of two, are prized for their concentrated flavor. In this blend, they bring a silky, creamy sweetness, perfectly complemented by the Guatemala's crisp fruit notes and honey-like sweetness. Tasting notes of juicy pear, mellow almond and delicate cream make for a bright, silky cup with a honey-like finish. But like all great adventures, this version of Expedition won’t last forever so get it while you can!
