Odyssey is a light roast blend that highlights standout coffees from Asia & the Pacific Islands. Right now our blend is rooted in coffee the island of Timor, a small island with a rich coffee history where Arabica and Robusta naturally hybridized, creating uniquely resilient and flavorful beans. Timor’s coffee brings a distinctive mellow spice like nutmeg and a pleasant sweetness that tastes like graham cracker.   In a region famous for dark roasts, this blend is an exotic treat diving into the lighter side.  Expect a comforting, complex brew with a delicate, crisp finish.
