We roasted this coffee medium to highlight the full body and chocolate notes. Perfect for espresso or drip brew.  About The Producer: Maria Gloria began her career in coffee by selling everything she had to acquire a property in the Santa Rita do Aventureiro community of Caparaó. She turned the property into coffee fields and kept it for more than 30 years. In 2011 Maria and her son bought the farm Sítio São Pedro, named for the community where it is located. Maria Continuously strives to improve the quality of the coffee she produces by competing in cup contest.
