Wet-hulled in the traditional Sumatran style — known locally as Giling Basah — this coffee carries the bold, earthy character that has made Sumatra legendary among dark roast lovers. We take it dark, the way a Sumatra like this deserves. The result is a full-bodied, brooding cup with layers of dark chocolate, warm baking spices, and a subtle smokiness that lingers long after the last sip.
