It does not include the garment or any accessories in the photo.  Aprox Measurements: W 11 in X H 7.64 in 🌸Pressing Instructions: 📌Commercial heat press/heavy pressure suggested. 📌Pre-press garment for 7–10 seconds to remove moisture. 📌320F - 350F for 10 -20 seconds, heavy pressure. 📌Wait for it to cool down completely. Cold peel original top film. 📌Repress with parchment paper for 5-10 seconds if needed. 📌Every press is different. You may adjust accordingly based on all factors. 📌Easy press: 360F for 50 secs. Heavy full body weight pressure per section. 🌸Can be applied to the following fabrics:  100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, or Cotton/Poly blends as well. Any color.
