Measurements: Height 10.88 inches by Width 8.85 inches. approximate Apply with a commercial heat press. Use heavy pressure. Temperature: 315 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-10 seconds. Cold film peel. Do not use extra covers such as parchment paper. Can be applied to the following fabrics: 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, or Cotton/Poly blends as well. Any color.
