Agilent N1025A 1GHz Active Differential Probe for 86100 series Product Overview: The Agilent N1025A is a 1GHz high-performance Active Differential Probe. This probe has one full gigahertz of bandwidth, it has common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR), and low noise. A supplied AC coupling capacitor head (0.1 mF) allows operation with large common-mode or differential DC inputs. The 1143A probe offset and power module provides power for two 54701A or N1025 needed if the probe is used with the 54700 or 86100 series oscilloscopes.
