Just 200,000 struck & featuring a special edition label only available for this exact release A historic re release 100 years later! In original government packaging  In December 1921, the new Peace Dollar was approved by Treasury Secretary Andrew Mellon to commemorate the peace treaty between the U.S. and Germany.  A little over 1 million coins were struck, featuring the new design by renowned Italian American Sculptor Anthony de Francisci.  In honor of the 100th anniversary the first High Relief silver dollar, the United States Mint has create a modern rendition with a beautiful uncirculated finish.
