Cutting Celery is the leafy tops of Celeriac (celery root). The leaves have the same flavor as celery stalks but without the strings. Use it to flavor potato/macaroni salad, add to an oil based marinade or grill seasoning. Good for seasoning meats and vegetables. approximately 20 stems in a bunch
