Some of the unique moves include flying angels, the rock press and power scissors (an explosive double-jump lunge move). Workout 3: Step Works is a higher-impact program with lots of power/plyometric options. The combos are intricate and very fast-paced (Cathe even suggests using only a 6-inch step so you can keep up).
