This two-day training program combines the powerful, experiential teachings of Mike Jones of Discover Leadership Training with the collision industry knowledge of Sheryl Driggers of Collision Advice. Newly-trained Game Changers are people who: Understand the difference between customer service and creating an EXTRAORDINARY customer experience Identify a guest's or customer's DiSC style and demonstrate how to best communicate with that individual Positively transform every relationship and situation by accepting Personal Responsibility Responsively listen Set positive outcomes Have a growth mindset and understand the need to get outside their Comfort Zone Focus on building the relationship with the guest whether on the phone or in person Deliver Personalized, Competent, Convenient, and Proactive service from setting appointments and drop-offs, throughout the repair process to final delivery.
