The Basement is a studio and art collective based in San Francisco's Mission district. This book represents 100 of our favorite tapes and celebrates the cover artwork of these cult classics.   We also produced a limited edition box set including the book, a t-shirt designed by David Kasprzak, a VHS mixtape and a one of a kind drawing by Mitsu Okubo.
