Sprouted Organic Panko

We take our sprouted, organic loaves, chop and grind them into a fine crumbs then lightly bake until all the moisture is gone and a perfect dry bread crumb remains. CCBG panko is THE perfect topping for salmon, salads, parmesan crusted broccoli, etc., etc.  Each bag of sprouted panko contains just two ingredients; sprouted organic bread crumsbs and 1% sea salt.  Bags are filled with 11 ounces of panko and are packaged in a resealable, foil lined bag.
