The 2nd-generation wireless Combustion Predictive Thermometer (CPT) uses 8 sensors to give Total Temperature Awareness® with live temps from edge-to-edge plus the ambient temp surrounding your food. Its TrueCore ® technology always locates and measures the lowest internal temp, even if you miss the center. Our physics-based Prediction Engine™ creates a virtual model of your food based on heat flow to estimate cooking time remaining with uncanny accuracy.  Nitrogen-flushed, and hermetically sealed with a brazed ceramic bond, the 2nd generation CPT has the highest ingress protection possible ( IP69K). It’s suitable for vacuum-sealing (hello sous vide!) and can tolerate extreme cooking temps of up to 900ºF.  Includes WiFi Booster, which connects directly to existing WiFi networks so you can monitor your food from anywhere with internet.  Booster extends CPT battery life - for up to 9 months standby time. Recharge your thermometer up to 16 times from the Booster’s onboard battery.
