The Predictive Thermometer and Display were designed to work together in perfect harmony. Nitrogen-flushed, and hermetically sealed with a brazed ceramic bond, the 2nd generation  Combustion Predictive Thermometer (CPT) has the highest ingress protection possible (IP69K). It’s suitable for vacuum-sealing (hello sous vide!) and can tolerate extreme cooking temps of up to 900ºF.  Thermometer uses all 8 sensors for Total Temperature Awareness® with live measurements from edge-to-edge (plus the ambient temp near your food). TrueCore® technology always locates and measures the lowest internal temp. Our physics-based Prediction Engine™ creates a virtual model of your food to estimate time-to-cook with uncanny accuracy.  WiFi Display counts down precisely when your food will be done.
