It comes with everything you need to replace your tired, old incandescent bulbs that came installed with the original Stern game, and brightens up this game the way it deserves.This kit can be ordered to include the LED OCD board, which helps replicate the smooth fading of playfield insert lights. (Though it dwarfs the standard kit in terms of cost). If you've been there and back again, you'll know that LOTR uses more fading effects on inserts than any other game, so if you want the best results when converting to LEDs, get the board. If you're not picky, and you don't get the board, you probably won't notice. We'll be Baggin your order either way!The non-OCD version of this kit uses non-ghosting bulbs in the inserts.
