Wilder Lazo Natural Gesha

Wilder Lazo grew up on a coffee farm, but left home to work as a veterinarian—until inspiration struck on a visit to his father’s farm. He’s since left his day job, started a coffee varietal program in Tocora, and has made a name for himself with his meticulous processing and fermentation methods. This recent harvest, roasted by Black and White, shines in the cup with the intricate floral and citrus notes gesha’s are prized for—combined with vibrant stone fruit that announces it as a natural processed coffee. The seven-day fermentation process turns up the volume on the coffee’s tropical fruitiness, bringing out a note of lychee that’s sure to surprise and delight.
