With caution, pour water from bowl, remove gel pack, dry with a towel, place into protection sleeve and apply to affected area.FREEZE - Remove all packaging. Place gel pack in freezer for approximately 90 minutes. Remove gel pack from freezer with caution, place into protection sleeve and apply to affected area.Apply Hot or Cold therapy
