PDQ Mortise Lock - MR116 Entrance/Office-Single Cylinder no deadbolt

The PDQ MR Series Mortise Lock is a Grade 1 commercial door lock made in the USA. The J Wide Series Trim covers previous fastener holes when replacing other brands of mortise lock. The MR116 is an Entrance/Office function lock, where the door is unlocked by a key from the outside when the outer lever is locked by a turn-button on the inside lever. The inside lever is always unlocked.
