The Sargent 12-8574-J-ETL-24V is a 37"-42" Narrow Stile Rim Exit Device that is Electrified, 24 Volt, Fire Rated, comes with an ET Trim, Fail Secure Power Off Locks Lever function, and is offered in US32D/630 Stainless Steel or US10B/613 Oil Rubbed Bronze Finishes. 74 Electrified ET Trim - Fail SecurePower Off, Locks Lever (No Cylinder) The 8500 Narrow Design Rim Exit Device is designed for narrow stile applications and features a rim bolt for quiet operation and security.
