Ethiopia Natural Yirgacheffe Adame Gorbota GR1 This coffee comes from the Gerbota Suka Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The arriving cherries are hand-sorted to remove less dense ones. Quality cherries are dried on raised beds under sunlight for about 21 days, with frequent turning to ensure even drying. After drying, the coffee is milled to remove the husks and transported to the final processing warehouse.
