The Integration and the Havingness

What we mean by Havingness is that state, that metaphysical state, where you are already in possession of what you desire even if your eyes and ears, fingers and toes, haven't quite caught up to the experience. As you well know, the physical is what the metaphysical has manifested into through you desire and intention. The Havingness is when you find yourself in the feeling of it, whatever it may be, long before you actually see it. Now, when we point you in this direction, we are not saying that somehow you must feel it only and not at all think of the physical. Not at all. This is where the word Integration comes in.
