Herbal Consultation with Reede

Our herb clinic runs on the last Friday of every month by appointment and is held virtually. Due to limited capacity we do not currently have longer appointments available, however we find that a 30 minute consultation is a great starting place for many folks. Some common concerns that are regularly addressed in a 30 minute consult include herbal support around: sleep, digestion, menstruation, menopause, grief, nervous system & attachment activation, matters of the heart or spirit, neurospicy cognitive & executive function, burnout recovery and managing high stress levels. Folks with more complex and chronic conditions may benefit from additional appointments.
