Lorann flavoring oils are generally 3-4 times stronger than extracts since extracts are diluted by significant amounts of alcohol and/or water. These professional flavorings add nothing but great taste and aroma and can be used for a variety of flavoring applications - including hard candy, frostings, fudges, cookies, chocolates and more. 1 dram = about 1 teaspoon. Kosher certified. Gluten-free. Water soluble. Use in chocolates and coatings may cause some thickening. Add paramount crystals, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per pound).
