The multimedia box organizes all your connections in one location with easy access to your connections. The round box is small and has a size of only 3.88", and a cutout size of 3.5" round.  Connections Inside the cable well you will find 1 power outlet and two 10' HDMI M-M cables. The grommet holes retain the heads of the HDMI cables for easy pull out, never look for an HDMI cable again.  Easily replace the HDMI cables if you need different connections.
