When inserted properly, a Cluster Cone™ will propel confetti to much greater heights.  They are more aerodynamic which in turn shields the underside cargo from separating too early.  Used for making stacked confetti go higher and open better. Makes a great inner plug for keeping 1/2 full barrel contents in place.   Bag of 12 pieces.  Should be used in 2" barrels.
