Chemex - 10 Cup Coffee Brewer

We love the beautiful design and practicality of the Chemex, which is our preferred coffee brewer at events like farmers markets. The Chemex produces a clean cup of coffee and is a great way to brew at home if you often make more than one cup at a time. To brew on the Chemex, we like a grind that is a bit more coarse than drip and a water-to-coffee ratio of 15:1. Don't forget that the Chemex requires special filters.
