5lb Rafter PREORDER

This is a spot on my books for a 5lb Rafter wedge banger with a 27" hickory handle. Just like the 4.5lb National, these are perfect for hitting falling wedge and whatever else may come up while you're in the field. I've had customers chop their bar out of a buck when they got stuck. Even hammering out pins on hydraulic rams. These have hardened polls so they don't just mushroom. These are also micro dulled.    Lead Times will vary, but the sooner you order the higher on the list you will be. I will create a page on the website for lead times, or you can contact me for a lead time on your order.    NOTE: There will be variances between all axes. They are hand made and I do not grind the head to a template. These are not traced out and ground to shape. I make everything by eye so each axe is unique in it'sown way, but every axe follows the same design. If you don't want that, please do not order.
