The BONOMI EXME97L150 is an assembly of a direct mount L-ported 3-way, ANSI 150 stainless steel block body ball valve with flanged ends and an explosion-proof electric actuator. It is suitable for water, gas, and oil applications. The valve's specifications include stainless steel ANSI 150 flanged, full port sizes from 1/2' to 6', pressure ratings from 1000 psi to 300 psi, temperature range from -4°F to 366°F, live loaded stem packing, R.P.T.F.E. seats and seals, all stainless steel external components, and an ISO 5211 mounting pad with square stem. The actuator's specifications include NEMA 4x, 7, 8, and 9 (CSA Approved) enclosure, IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection, temperature range from 22°F to 158°F, clutch-less manual override, thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater for working conditions, self-locking gear system, ON/OFF (00*) or 4~20 mA MODULATING (02*) options, 30% duty cycle (ON/OFF) and 75% duty cycle (MODULATING), ISO 5211 mounting bolt pattern and DIN 3337 double square drive, ± 5° mechanical stop on 0° and 90°, continuous mechanical position indicator, built-in thermal overload protection to prevent motor burnout, and 2 auxiliary SPDT switches.
