Web Design Project Reinstatement Policy

Clients who purchased the Full-Service Web Design Package at full price and whose project was closed due to failure to provide required materials may request reinstatement under the following conditions: 1. Eligibility Window Reinstatement is only available within 90 days (3 months) from the official project closure date. 2. Reinstatement Fee A $150 non-refundable reactivation fee is required to reopen the project.The reactivation fee covers administrative review, timeline restructuring, and project re-initiation. 3. After 90 Days If more than 90 days have passed since the project closure date: • The project is considered permanently closed.• The client must purchase a new web design package at the current full price.• Previous pricing, discounts, or partial work will not apply. 4.
