Advent Calendar: Gnomes' Christmas

This charming Advent calendar stands on its own and is a reproduction of a calendar first produced in Germany in 1951. Peering past the candlelit Christmas trees, we see a family of gnomes heading into their warm, cozy cottage while a big full moon watches from above. Silver glitter throughout the woodland scene. Made in Germany by the Korsch Verlag Company; they began making Advent Calendars in Munich in 1951... so yes, this is a reproduction of one of the very first calendars the company produced. 8 1/4" tall x 12" wide when flat; expands when open to a three-dimensional 8 1/4" tall x 16" wide by 2" deep.   11523
