This jam is sourced from Sweetberry Kitchen LLC in Unity, Wisconsin.. Made from simple ingredients just like grandma used to make. Sugar, Fruit, Pectin, and Lemon Juice. The Wisconsin Special uses Cranberries, Cherries, and Apple. I discribe it as a delicious slightly tart, not overly sweet blend, with just the right amount of texture from the fruit. No preservatives, must be refrigerated after opening.
