Hypo-Grind Flex Nozzle System

The chamber includes NPT female inlet threads placed on top, side and rear. Inlets not required can be easily plugged. NPT thread size is based on nozzle width (1/2″ NPT for 2″ & 3″ wide, 3/4” NPT for 4″ & 5″, & 1” for 6″ & 7″ wide). The re-configurable needle format consists of a plenum chamber and matrix drilled end plate with a hole diameter and profile to accept the individual needle OD including the flared end that locks the needle in place. 2-7″ widths are available. System includes needle assembly tool, 6 needles per inch of width, sufficient blanking balls to seal unused matrix holes, and 2 plugs for the chamber inlets.
