Exchanges: In instances where issues arise due to our error, we are prepared to accommodate returns and exchanges for our made-to-order shirts. This applies to situations such as damaged goods, receiving the wrong item, or incorrect sizing. However, for exchanges due to the buyer's incorrect size selection, please understand that our business model is based on print-on-demand, and as such, we do not maintain inventory. Kindly note that exchanges incur a fee of $7 per item. This fee contributes towards covering our printing expenses and restocking costs. It's important to emphasize that all exchanges must involve items of the exact same color and design.
