Description: SL-1409 is another one of Coolkatana sword's latest katana releases. The blade is made of differentially-hardened folded 1095 high carbon steel resulting a a blade with a very nice hamon and folding pattern. The fittings are cast brass/copper alloy with gold and silver paint and have an "orizuru" or paper crane theme. The tsuka is has a hardwood core with genuine rayskin panels and brown suede leather ito. The saya is made of glossy-black finished hardwood with polished, brown buffalo horn koiguchi, kurikata and kojiri. Swords Features: 1095 high carbon steel. Full Tang, clay tempered.
