This vibrant expression from Porter's was inspired by Champagne's Chardonnay grape and its fabulously fruity flavors! No grapes are used, but rather it is cold-distilled with green apples and pears, then blended (rather unusually) with a soybean distillation which imparts some richer, nutty notes.
