This Petit-Chablis is made using a blend of parcels from both limestone and Chablis's famous Kimmeridgian soils. Isabelle and Denis Pommier have been organic since 2009 and all grapes are hand-harvested. Aged on the lees in tank for 6 months, this wine is both fruity and minerally, and is meant to be consumed young.
