Stefan Muller makes ridiculously good Rieslings for their modest prices. The acidity levels are off the charts on these wines, so the sweetness from this Spatlese wine remains in balance with the wine. The fruit is picked ripe, but the flavors dance across the palate. This cuvee is sourced from 100-year-old ungrafted vines. Sensational stuff.
