Aged for 5-6 years, Wilderness Trail's signature bourbon is comprised of 64 percent corn, 24 percent wheat and 12 percent malted barley. This is one of the highest ratios of wheat used in a bourbon made in Kentucky. You'll find notes of cookie dough, allspice, soft light caramel, and oak in this bonded whiskey.
