Principe de los Apostoles Mate gin comes from an Argentinian distillery that mainly specializes in Grappa. Their Mate Gin uses a wheat base with botanicals such as peppermint, eucalyptus, pink grapefruit skin, and yerba mate . Each botanical is macerated and distilled separately in a 200 liter copper still before being blended together.
