Felsen II 2022 is a red natural wine crafted by Christian Tschida, in Burgenland, Austria. Made from 30 years old Syrah, hand harvested, destemmed and the stomped by foot. Fermented with indigenous yeast in large barrels, no racking. Aged 12 months and then bottled without fining, filtering or additions of sulfites.
