The P.A.N.K. project is managed by Attila Palffy and his fiancée Orsolya, and consists of small-batch natural wines made in experimental styles. The family's organic vineyards are on Pannonian limestone, volcanic basalt rock and red sandstone. The winery is certified organic. The Normal Pet-Nat is 100% Furmint, and was made from the free-run juice only. Flavors like nectarine, pear and green apple, with a vibrating liveliness on the palate and fine bubbles.
