Premium culinary Lavandula Angustifolia "Melissa". Excellent for sweet and savory dishes with a slight peppery flavor. Harvested by hand, dried, debudded and packaged on our farm. 2 ounce glass jar with sifter and spoon top. 0.25 ounce by weight.
