Our 10.5” Hand forged country fry skillet is 1/2" deeper and wider than our standard 10" skillet, making it the ideal size for deep frying, stir frying, or making single skillet meals. Whether you’re searing proteins, sautéing vegetables, or frying a family dinner, this versatile deep skillet will quickly become your favorite deep skillet. This traditionally forged deep skillet features a classic round shape perfect for stir frying, deep frying,  searing, making sauces, and general daily cooking.  This Skillet is available with a skillet handle or with two "helper handles" as pictured below. Add a Flat French style carbon steel lid to your order! Our carbon steel lids are cut to match the shape of your skillet with a small overhang to account for hand forged variability. We forge a smaller version of our skillet handle that matches the style of the skillet, and attach it with two steel rivets.
