This is Walnut wood, it is a hard wood and can be used as a cutting board or a charcuterie board! It has been polished with 2 coats of our very own Reef Oil, a drying hard wax oil blend that is non toxic and completely food safe. Dimensions: 17.25x 9These cheese boards are perfect for serving a group of 10-15 Cleaning Instructions: Wipe off Food Particles. Wash quickly with hot soapy water. Dry immediately.
