She has been proudly creating handcrafted Alaska Native art since 2011. She is Eyak-Chugach Alaska Native and a lifelong resident of Cordova, Alaska. She's been skin sewing since she was about 8/9 years old. When she was a kid she would attend different culture camps throughout her region. However, she started her business in 2011 after she took a Native Arts Class in high school. The land, water, and the subsistence activities she participates in have always inspired her; it connects her to her ancestors. She aspires to revitalize and preserve her Native way of life.
