Delivery Notification: This service must be requested at an additional charge before the shipment leaves our facilities. The freight company will contact the person specified (either the purchaser's phone number listed at time of purchase, or noted in the Notes section added to the order) within 24 hours prior to the delivery. If there is no answer, the driver will leave a message. If there is no provision for leaving a message, the driver will not proceed with the notification.
