The Blaufränkisch Eisenberg was fermented in steel and aged in used 500-liter barrels, here is the fruitiness and freshness in the foreground. Smoky nose with some mint, fresh sour cherries, some blackberry, beetroot, very clear elegant and on the animating light side. Juicy as fresh cherry juice on the palate, with a light and very mature tannins, invigorating acidity, more blackberries, smoky with some pencil in the background, delicate and elegant.
